I had a slug from my lucky whisky bottle. Worked against Derby for Adeboyejo's goal. Worked doubly well today. I have about 20 more goals in it. Keep it in the freezer, it's like honey when it comes out.
Nope mate, definitely down to the wife. She stopped watching the minute before lol She did the same in the Forest game last season as well lol
Back of the queue you lot. I am claiming credit for a) the fact we are mid table b) The entertainment value of most of the games under the new manager has by all accounts improved immensely (albeit from a pretty low starting point) c) We are now actually scoring goals in open play. The sole reason for this upturn in fortune is that this year I did not renew my iFollow annual subscription so have missed all the games. This carries on a long tradition in that after all the years of attending games, when it got to the point where I could only go to occasional matches they always seemed to be ones we lost and/or played abysmally. More often than not the debacles were usually accompanied by freezing cold/wet and windy weather. Right Jonah me!! I thought I had finally broken the curse when I watched the post lockdown resurgence but in truth I dare not risk it. Although I I am still disillusioned with football with all the off field shenanigans. as they say... Hate football - love Barnsley FC. Anyway, so like I said, it is ALL down to me!!!
