    Gauthier has many good qualities, but ultimately his ego could not cope with the equally big one of Hecky. The difference is that Hecky has BFC running through his veins and was responsible for leading us to two Wembley victories and promotion to the Championship, from whence Gauthier's choice got us relegated. We will not progress as a club unless we recognise the ability of people like Hecky.

    He didn't really lead us to the jpt victory we were already in the final when lee Jay left lee Jay got us there hecky lead the team out who beat Oxford so obviously took all the credit. But lee Jay got us to Wembley.

    We were playing league 2 Oxford who had their star man missing it would have been disappointing if we lost. All I'm saying is most of the jpt credit has to go to Johnson.

    I'm not saying hecky wasn't but who got us through all the other games Bradford and Wigan away included 2 promotion chasing teams in league 1 that season.
