    I might switch to Virgin after this, no wonder I never win on fortnite, my guy's bullet is going 5 times slower than everyone else, unless I drop on Burgandy red he is in trouble at 2.1 mbs

    We have 2 lines coming in our Personal line on BT. And my work line on Zen They both used to give around 30Mb down and8 up
    The Zen line still the same as always. A couple of years ago we had a fault on the BT line and they fixed it leaving around a 15 Mb download speed. They insisted the minimum guaranteed is 13 so refused to try and improve. It’s dropped down to around 10Mb now and drops out 2 or 3 times a day for a few mins. Trying to decide whether it’s worth raising another ticket or whilst it’s still useable leave it alone for now.

    We are on Virgin and I find them very frustrating, one day it can be amazing the next awful.
    Just ran test and it says 205 for download and 20.9 for uploads
