Although the timescale of that is true, the reality is him and his family lived much closer to Sheff Utds academy so when they offered him a place his mam and dad took him there. Saved them an hour's journey every time he went to train.

    Mmmm interesting.
On the one hand we have a group of former professionals saying a player had a good game and on the other a fan saying the opposite.
It’s tricky to decide who carries more cred

I agree wi you .. thought he was our best defender tonight. Both Stones and Walker had a couple of brain relapses..

I thought he had a great game except for possibly the last corner he won almost everything - He was our best defender for sure last night and arguably MotM though I would probably give it to Kane He has improved every game so far, and no one can say this time it was against weaker opposition

Unlike your post I wasn’t being pedantic, it it is my opinion and didn’t For 1 second expect it to be a universal one. If you think those ex pros on Telly are the only credible opinions then I feel sorry for you. It’s not like they’ve ever been wrong is it?

If we do make the final its being shown on
ITV and BBC. Having watched a game on the
former, its clear that Martin O'Neill and Slaven
Bilic are not exactly bosom buddies and apart
from Ian Wright or Gary Neville, the input from
Lee Dixon and main presenter Mark Pougatch
can at times be cheerless. Personally, I prefer
the BBC line up of Alan Shearer, Rio Ferdinand,
Jurgen Klinsmann which is being co-ordinated
by Gary Lineker. So I dont know about anyone
else's preference, but it's going to be copious
amounts of Timothy Taylors Landlord and the
trusty Beeb coverage for me. Belgium v England would be absolutely perfect. Come on
    England.!!!
