Paul Heckingbottom stated several times that no preparation had been done for the window. We might have had the targets identified but did no ground work because of the limbo of the takeover.

Unless he was telling porkies.

It seems to me that the new owners ought to pack up and hand it back to James.

 

That's kinda my point. I can be believe we didn't prepare, doesn't mean we couldn't have, surely?

I'm not sure they've unpacked either. I can't imagine much has changed down there considering their wider interests & locations.

They are certainly moving stuff on off the pitch. New pitch in indoor arena, offices moving to East Stand etc
