    The only thing that matters with him are the results on the pitch. So far we've heard the usual buzz words you get from a new boss and he's working at getting the fans on side by visiting a boozer.

    It's all well and good but what he says in press conferences and how he spends his fair time counts for nothing if he doesn't improve the team.
