I've been trying to stay out of threads he's set up to troll or others he's sabotaged but it seems he has carte blanche to ridicule and trash anything and anyone he wants.
Players and management I guess are fair game but those who are doing their best (and making a good job of it) for the club they love don't deserve barracking from a jumped up know it all.

 

I wish he was treated like everyone else and not like some special charity case. It already is easy to manage. He is the problem and that is why so many BBS members are sick of him, the solution is to remove the bad apple

It is impossible to ignore him because he takes over the BBS. I had him on ignore for a while but because he ruins threads left right and centre it made the BBS almost impossible to use.

 

I actually think he's a member of the site admin team who opened a second account to stir things up a bit and get people posting. There is no other explanation that I can think of for this trolling being allowed to continue. Like you say there have been other posters banned for much, much less.

 

Apologies fired. That wasn't really meant as a dig at admin. I understand your desire to not resort to bans. It's just the constant criticism becomes very hard to ignore.

 

Same from me it isn't a criticism of them as it's a tough job striking a balance between making sure somebody doesn't ruin the place and not being dictators. It just gets very tiresome when somebody has had so many warnings stretching back years yet continues to ruin people's enjoyment of the BBS by doing the same thing

 

Never ban him on my behalf. I love him.

 

We'll need a good robust and quick one to play against Middlesbrough, judging by Traore's star show at Bolton yesterday. Worth a look if you haven't seen it. Talk about pace and strength. We need to be getting Yiadom, or Fryers fit for that one, or remind Pearson of the 'into the wall' tackle as perfected by Hopper, Murphy, Normanton, or 'Farmer' Wilson.

When his threads get out of hand, rather than banning him can you not just delete the thread(s)?

I've been good and ignored him for weeks but Lordy, Lordy the temptation is getting too much. So much good work been done by so many people yet they are all constantly dragged down.

Maybe if his threads are removed, he'll get the gist of it.

Of course, anyone who becomes one of his targets knows that they must be doing summat majorly right! Roberts, Hourihane, Hassell, Steele, Winnall, Yids, to name but a few, are exalted company to be lumped in with.

It's when he starts liking you and awarding you Frimpong-esque status that you need to worry!
