Are an absolute disgrace, so they down tools and don't bother playing for a manger who led them to the premier league title last season and now he's gone they start performing.
100% spot on Mario, far too much player power these days - Apparently some of the senior players want Nigel Pearson to be re-appointed.
If I were a Leicester fan the thing that would annoy me if that tonight they look a really good team. Top half undoubtedly. If only they'd put in this effort all season for the man who got them the glory
They've gone from the team many neutrals wished well and wanted to do the dream last season ( not me, their admin scam still wrangles), to the team most neutrals want relegated, entirely down to the players cynical behaviour and the clubs treatment of Ranieri.
I thought exactly the same and indeed have been hoping for a Leicester collapse since they sacked Ranieri. But then I got thinking again... they've been awful all season, playing slow long ball football. Tonight they've gone back to how they used to play. So perhaps, just perhaps, Ranieri changed tactics to such an extent that it sucked the life out of the team? Just an idea. Clearly the players haven't put in the same effort for Ranieri as they have tonight and it stinks. But I tend to think there's more to it than that. From the opening day at Hull, Leicester have abandoned the high pressing football in favour of slow, methodical passing and then a long ball. That must be down to the manager. But who knows?
Trouble is the Leicester fans won't give a toss about Ranieri now they've won They've been well and truly conned by Vardy & co. #backstabinb *stards
Trouble with these kind of dead cat bouncing results is they tend not to last. And only highlights what everyone suspects. That these privileged, pampered arseholes spat out their gold plated dummies because they suddenly felt like they were entitled. The moment someone comes in who they disagree with, Schmeichel, Simpson, Myrez and Vardy will all get the monk on again.
Win the premier league with Leicester and the players should be relegated with a gigantic grin on their faces passing it slowly along the back 4 if that's what he wants.
Hopefully they are still relegated and end up in the **** again like the last time they got away with paying back millions of pounds of others cash. Vermin club that nobody should like.
Whilst I agree about Leicester players, Liverpool have done what they always do. Always up for the Scouse derby, and the Manchesters and Chelseas of this world, but bring on the teams they should beat, and they falter time and again. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
Boooooooo hope every team gives them booos every match! Wonder if fans knew they weren't trying they would not attend? Absolute disgrace, fans paying their hard earned for zero effort....there are no words....oh other than boooooooooo.
Daniel Taylor in yesterday's Observer on the players and the owners. "...when a fine man has lost his job and the vast majority of Leicester's players have clearly found it too arduous to tap in a few weasel words on the Twitter accounts where they promote their sponsorship deals, their wealth and offer vacuous stage-managed cliches about all sorts other trivialities. What did Claudio ever do for them hey?" On the owners: "Only two days before cutting him free, the people in charge at Leicester offered him their 'unwavering support'. The club's Chairman and his son clearly find it easier to employ others to do their dirty work. Yet after everything that has gone before, was it really too much to think they might have offered Ranieri the common decency of a first hand explanation? A completely rotten business.
I heard this on the radio and that some of them had spoken to the owner about reappointing him. I don't know how true it is but my first thoughts were 'what the hell has it got to do with the players'. Madness if they are being allowed to dictate in any way who is appointed.
Vardy "Criticism fired up Leicester players" that would be as opposed to all the plaudits they have been betting over the last few months would it?
