To think they were a penalty shoot-out from the Championship. Very sad

They were bank rolled by Barry Hearn for years... then he sold it on to some tycoon, who had a go..

But back to the age old problem, if you pay more in wages than you take on the gate.. it will only end in tears.

So anyone wandering where the transfer money from the last 6 months will go.. look no further

The FA/FL are a disgrace for what's happening at clubs like Leyton Orient, Coventry etc. Fit and Proper my ar$e.

At the end of the day its players wages that is the problem. Thirty years ago ex Blades boss Harry Haslem said when transfer fees started to rise, and folk stated concern. That it would be players wages that would cripple clubs...

Until the young players of today get, unless they are at the very top of their profession.. Then they will not and have no right to be millionaires. Then though sponsorship and not funded by the working man/woman. The game we love or least used too.. will be ******

You think we need all the transfer money to avoid a winding up order?

Wonder what would have happened if they had been allowed access to the Olympic Stadium with or without West Ham. I'm sure, even in their league they would have attracted 20-30,000 for a few years.
