    According to sky in talks to sign Celtic 19yr old defensive midfielder/defender. One for under 23s and not for now I suppose. That's if its its true.

    Been plying his trade with Queen’s Park. I wouldn’t expect too much. Feels like one for the 23s. Hopefully gets more game time than ICD did…

    Reckon he will be around the first team tbh. He can play CM or LB/LWB etc. so possible Styles replacement. Also impressed a few years ago for Bolton in Championship when they had all their financial issues and had to play the kids. He more than held his own which is why Celtic signed him.

    Not saying he will start week in week out for us but reckon he will be part of the main group.

    I know these video things make anyone look half decent but does look a tidy player who can whip a decent ball in. Hopefully have him on set pieces etc. which Duff himself says he puts a lot of work into.

    All from his time in Championship I believe the season he had with Bolton at 18/19

    I've added him to the update as a First Team player, due to the closing line in the announcement:

    "Luca will join the Reds officially from July 1, linking up with Michael Duff's squad ahead of the 22/23 season."

    I'll sort out the Promoted / Demoted to the U23s after the Pre-season games and the squad is announced.

    He was in Old George with the NZ goalkeeper. Was a third kid, probably announced next?

    Overheard explaining rivals to them and thought it was odd - told to stop being nosey by missus.

    Just asked my nephew who worked with him at Celtic. He said “He’s a good lad, a decent midfielder who is technically good, but he’s not very physical which is something Barnsley will have to help him develop.”

    Yep - on the highlighted clips he does look a bit fragile.

    "Ideal for League 1" is not screaming out from such as I've seen.
