    Every working class person was affected by her actions. She had a real hatred of the working classes. Such a pity this day took so long to come.

    That's ridiculous she gave the working class the opportunity to better themselves.

    What she did to miners was disgusting
    But that was one thing look at all of good things she did. Look how much better things were at the end of her term
    Ultimately her arrogance was her downfall

    far more than her ignorance was her downfall,her treatment and utter contempt for people was her downfall.

    and if fighting for my job and community was disgusting then i'm glad that's how I will be remembered.

    Only if they wanted to make money on the back of dismantling of state utilities, pensions etc.

    She could have moved towards a Tertiary economy with much more consideration than she did. She ******* ruined great swathes of this country and we pay the price still.

    This is the first time in my life

    And I'm well into my fifties, that I've felt pleasure at the news of someone's death. Hopefully, it will be the last. An evil woman with no redeeming feature as far as I'm concerned.

    Being a miner through her reign, I felt the full effects of her policies, Time is a big healer and today we can finally bury the hatchet, Not happy in anyones death but glad to close that chapter.
