We looked quite raggy for the first 25 minutes, but have settled down since then. Playing some decent stuff. Pitch looks a bit bobbly.
Cauleys finishing gonna be a major factor in our coming season imo . If he stays fit long enough we’ll more than hold our own .
Bit concerned defensively. If they had someone of Woodrow's quality on their side then it could easily be 3-1. Not great when you're starting again with pretty much a new backline.
Hope Pinillos isn't out much longer. Sibbick doing well but he's not a left back. Lack of communication between midfield and new centre halves but we can iron that out. Diaby looks imposing and likes a challenge. Another left back and maybe another centre midfielder and we are set. I can't see us playing with 2 strikers much. Woodrow and Moore will be rotated according to the opposition. May finish games with both on the field but not from the start. Woodrow looks amazing, Moore's absence helped his game. He looks stronger and his close ball control is what will unlock defences. Wilkes, Thiam and Bahre are creative and grafters in defence so they give the side balance. If the young wide attacking lads don't provide adequate competition we may need another one. I don't think we are far off.
