I’m a bit mixed on McAtee. He’ll do brilliant things but then he makes a mess of the simple stuff. He gets caught offside needlessly as well.

He also needs to knock the hand gestures on the head. No one needs that off a team mate. He might not mean it in that way but it just comes across as belittling your team mate.

Agree with his point though. Let’s get behind them. The worst that can happen is we get beat like we all think we will anyway.

No doubt will be playing in the Championship for someone next season.

Took me a little while to take to him but in the end I really liked him. I would like us to sign him permanently but think the chances of that are very slim.

However, there seems to be quite a lot of over the top comments about him. Saw one comment saying he has been our best loan player ever and I’m 99% sure they’re blowing smoke up his arse. If not they must’ve only started watching us this season.

I think he's been a breath of fresh air. Potential to be a top quality Champ player, with the right quality around him. His mentality and professionalism is also absolutely spot on.

Crikey, he's been half decent but I wouldnt put him in the top 10 loans. Hes way behind the likes of Molby, Nardiello, Redfearn, Trippier, Drinkwater, Hammill, Kent, Barnes, Fletcher, Brownhill, McBurnie, Armstrong, Isted, Thomas etc.

He's championship standard, probably back to Luton next season if there's room for him.

Yeah my immediate, most recent thoughts went to Dike, McBurnie and Barnes. As you say, he’s been good for us but there’s been more impressive loanees.

Good player I liked him probably play a part in Luton championship squad next season. Needs to just work on the simple stuff and not get on team mates backs as much and he'll be fine.

I like him but think he’ll struggle massively in the championship. Caught offside way too often and will miss a couple of good chances a game! But on the flip side he was one of the only players actually getting into those goal scoring positions so he’s definitely got something about him!

I’d love for him to go and smash it in the champ but I don’t think that will be with Luton, they will have a nice bit of money to spend if they come down and will invest if they want to go straight back up. Could see him going on loan to a bottom half side though and getting a few goals.
