    How are we going to fit them all in? We seem to have an over abundance of attacking midfielders/number tens, but are glaringly short in every other area.

    My exact thoughts, apart from Sessi, who is coming back from a very bad injury, and barely played anyway, we are lacking a defensive midfielder or two. It's alright sticking all our new signings in together, but if none of them have defensive abilities then we will be on the wrong side of a few good hidings!

    We are 6 players short in my opinion, a couple of wingers, 2 Strikers minimum, and a couple defensive midfielders. We could also do with competition for Davies. Obviously a couple of those will be loan signings.

    We are also short at full back and could have big problems if/when Yiadom and/or Roberts leave.

    McGeehan was primarily a defensive midfielder when he went to Luton. My guess is he'll be moulded into a player like Hourihane.

    I would say that Mallan will be slightly more one for the future, i.e ease his way in to the squad over the course of the season.

    I'm guessing either Moncur or McGeehan will be developed into an all round central midfielder to play slightly deeper.

    Then Mowatt, Moncur and McGeehan will play in the same side probably when we're away from home playing 5 in midfield.

    Obviously complete guesswork on my part though.

    I'm also hoping Sessi will have some quality and he can be the player to break play up and win the ball. We've kept him through his bad injury when we could've looked elsewhere so that surely means he's thought of in good light?

    5 midfielders for 2 positions. I doubt we'd have signed McGeehan if we hadn't thought he could have played in a 2 with with another. Perhaps our initial midfield pair will be Moncur and McGeehan

    I think Mallan will be used in the U23s and bench throughout the season. We'll start 2 of moncur, mowatt, mcgeehan with the 3 red on the bench.

    Also think we'll sign a proper holding midfielder to play behind the two selected.
