That's not weird at all, some of us go out of our way to visit as many new stadiums as we can. How many have you visited so far?

Disagree with this. There should never (IMO) be a situation where a non season ticket holder who has been to 3 away games gets priority over a season ticket holder.

Similarly, there shouldnt be a situation where a 50 year old gets priority over an 18 year old just because they have been alive longer.

They should also not be a situation where all away tickets are worth the same loyalty points. If someone goes to QPR or Cardiff on a weekday night they deserve more points than watching us at a Yorkshire club on a Saturday afternoon.

Go for it. As much as time and money allows, I'm of a similar mindset, trying to take in new grounds each season. I think I've done 63 of the current stadia watching Barnsley, and also Lincoln who've just got back into the league. Quite a few now where I've seen us at the old and new grounds too. Other than a cup draw helping, it might be a while before that total goes up much.

I agree that the system needs tidying up. A points system should reward ST holders who have been ST holders over a number of years, and those who travel to away games.
Even though we've been to more than 6 away games I was unable to buy Newcastle tickets until it went to ST holders with no stubs because the system only recognised my purchases not my daughter's. A points system would sort issues of stubs etc out.

How do you purchase your away tickets? If you buy them online you can allocate them to different season ticket holders.

It's addictive if you let it be

Newcastle will be my 50th competitive game of this season. All Barnsley plus Accrington v Yeovil.

I've done over 100 grounds old and new but have about 20 to do from the current 92.

I was even thinking about driving down to Oxford last weekend for the new ground!

What happens when you've got them all? Non league? Scotland?

Whenever i go to away games i buy my mates ticket on my account to make sure we get sat together and then he just pays me on the day, saves messing about on two accounts.

He would have no history of purchasing himself but he would qualify for the number of away games.

Simple way around this when you buy online you have to qualify people names for who you buy for.

If you buy a ticket on a gate they must give you a stub which you can hand into the bfc boxoffice along with your name so they can enter it onto there records for proof of attendance.

I'm fortunate to be able to get to just about all the games and when I buy away tickets for me and my mate, I just allocate his ticket to him in my account, so not sure what the problem is.

Can understand the arguments for a proper points system for tickets rather than stubs but realistically how many away games do we sell out? Great away following but rarely a sell out.

I'm not sure how the club could be definitive on how many people "qualified", myself and the lads who I go to away games with will regularly take it in turns to get the tickets, when I go they ask for my name and no-one else's so that's between 2 and five tickets paid for by a person who is attending the game but this won't have been recorded.

Nothing weird about that, I wouldn't go to a random game purely to tick that ground off.

I've been to 54 of the 92 clubs. WHU have moved ground since I visited. Not sure about anyone else.
Been to a few non league grounds. Quite a pre season thing to do.

Hopeing BFC have quite a local pre season schedule. Would live to visit a load of the Barnsley local grounds.
Send a half decent team to. Penistone, Athersley Rec, Shaw Lane. Maybe one of the Wakefield teams. Think Roberts might have played at one before.

I visited my 37th German stadium tonight, I'm on 64 for England!

It's highly addictive, isn't it? I'm on 59 games for this season :)

You should download the Groundhopper app, if you haven't already, it's a football geeks paradise!
