See the Barnsley Chronicle reporting that Kieffer Moore was left in Barnsley because of an injury picked up with Wales. Must confess it's the first time I've read that and had assumed he was in the waiting room to a transfer out.

Agree, I heard Sunderland had put a big bid in last week.

I have gone past caring now TBH. If he goes I am sure we will have someone lined up to replace him.

Anywhere globally would be less than 1,000,000 miles away.

You would have to question any player who dropped down a league surely every footballer wants to challenge himself at the highest level. I know Sunderland could pay bigger wages than us but still would be a odd move.

I think people just like to gossip and speculate. Nothing from the Club regarding a transfer, nor Moore or his agent. Journalists and fans like to keep the pot stirred on quiet news days.

Never known it where a player has been kept under wraps for so long when interested clubs are hovering. Suspect injury is genuine. Why the wait otherwise.

He was doing light training last week at Oakwell. Seen whilst all academy and scholars were being put through it by the army.

If that was the case I would think they club would have made it known he was injured and why he’s not gone out to France. He’s off to a new club.

it is a strange case this. Even if he were only able to light train till recovery , surely that could be achieved with the squad in France/Germany. It would help the bonding along totally. Hope he is not going, but if so I really think the board will have a replacement lined up... I also think Koné was/is a red herring. We have been surprised already with players coming in under the radar. I think more surprises are to come.

Does anyone think that Keiffers head injury has kept Him from flying?
