    And not be particularly well kept based on the two pubs they currently have in Barnsley.

    Both of which are full of scruffs most the time.

    Craft Union is just another Trading Name/Style for Enterprise Inns sadly. Still sell usual lager, nothing craft about it.

    They’ll do it up nice, and offer good incentives. But as soon as the pub does well, they’ll want their bigger slice from the landlord. Very difficult to make it pay. Hope the new owners do well though - nice pub.

    Yes...

    I noticed on their fb page they were giving away a gallon of beer/cider in a raffle too...not one real or craft ale among them. Disappointing.

    Missed that first time around, cheers. As long as it's busy every matchday then I suppose there's no incentive to provide a wider variety of products.

    Enterprise Inns just supply the standard range.

    They’re well and truly in it for the money though (the company, not the Landlord). If it does well, they’ll want a bit of it too.
