Not another manager with a poor win ratio! If we appoint him that makes a mockery of GG’s statement regarding looking for a coach who wins games!
You are off your head if you think Chris Wilder, who is very ambitious and has whose stock is very high, is going to leave Sheffield United because they aren't sorting things out at board level and aren't matching his ambitions, and having done so is then going to decide his best next move is down a level to L1. If you really need to offload your money that badly you should just give it to charity. You may as well have set fire to it.
some movement today with Oscar Garcia Junyent apparently used to manage watford, tbh I cant remember him
Managed Watford for 4 games then had to resign due to health issues with his chest. Also, managed Brighton for the 13/14 Championship season but after losing in the play off semis he resigned. Won the double with Red Bull Salzburg in the 15/16 season. Got a good record but like Morais, doesn’t stick around long enough at any club to establish himself.
If I was a betting man I’d stick a lump on Grayson. Reckon he’s got best chance if they go for an English manager. He wants a job, wants to stay in the area and has s good record in league 1.
Yes a good record in division 1 , he took over at Bradford when they were 6th in the league & looking good for the play offs & he steered them to 12 th in the table , thus saving the fans the extra dosh needed for the play offs , well done Simon
My top 3 Mick Mac Ian Holloway Danny Cowley Absolutely no way to Stuart McCall. He has done nothing everywhere he’s been and has just been sacked in League One.
From BBC Midlands Today, it seems obvious that the Baggie's fans would like Darren Moore at least to have a role in their new management set-up and I would think that the board will do that in order to appease the fans and to recognise the contribution he made to trying to save their season. I would definitely be going for Paul Hurst as first option, but Darren Moore as second choice. it is worth talking to him at any rate in case he is not happy with what the Baggies do offer him. Paul Hurst for me.
Terrible manager. Done nothing at any club he’s been at and recently failed in League One with Bradford. Definitely one to stay away from.
One poor run of results having had them in the playoffs much of the season. They proper tanked after he’d gone.
