    Not rocket science and its took me about 5 seconds to think of it.What about employing a manager who hasn't got a clue what he's doing so he can bring in rubbish players who nobody wants. Surely this will solve the problem of value and lengths of contracts.

    That's not a bad idea Bri. I might mull that one over and come back with a more substantive response once I've weighed up the pros and cons.

    Strangely some of the most useless managers have been some of the best recruiters in my opinion. Signings of Johnson and davey in particular come to mind

    Davey did sign about 500 players - law of averages says that one or two would be decent.
