    How does the panel overturning the decision help Wigan though? If they end up back in the Championship a potential new owner needs to find £20 Million +, just to takeover the club. They are already asset stripping just to keep the club afloat at the minute, with managers walking away I just don't believe that anyone would want to takeover Wigan at all. Even Dave Whelan has chalked @@@@ on it after he said he would be helping out the minute it happened. So something is wrong somewhere

    It doesn't - looks to me as if the club is fkd.
    Some of their fans have missed the point completely - no point NOT having 12 points docked if there's no Club to support. A

    This is what gets me and I’ve said in earlier thread their fans should be looking to secure the club and rallyin round it not trying to preserve a false position in a league that’s currently out of their reach I current fair play .

    they need the extra £6m+ championship money to survive to help pay their debts & wages due to over spending
    they're doing a fire sale now but too blinkered to see they're up **** creak already
    but because they've rallied on the pitch since xmas they fully deserve their status!
