A WEEK REMAINING IN EARLY BIRD PERIOD Ticket News Our 24/25 Season Tickets are best-priced until April 25th Continue reading on the official site...
Me and young Alfie aren't renewing chance he will be playing Saturday football next season and I would much rather watch him play. Sticks in the claw a little 3 season ago under 12s were free then went to a tenner now 29 and i understand that's not a lot but they are seen as a revenue stream now wouldn't have been a deal breaker as I've said but still seems a shame. I hope we win which ever league by 20pts next season but I very much doubt it may make a few games if they price pay on the day at a sensible level.
To be quite honest , with the position the team is in , early bird should be extended, i think this is the first year it hasn't, probably because they dont expect as many sales , therefore want to make more on each sale. False economy i would say, they want better business brains as well as better football brains
Agree mate should be extended till a week after we know what league we in, saying that I have renewed already, but it’s not right selling tickets without knowing what league we are in.
1. We remain in League One, sell our best players, replace them with rookies who out-perform and reach next season's playoffs; or 2. We get promoted, sell our best players, replace them with rookies who out-perform but we get relegated, then reach the season-after's playoffs. Repeat.
My decision will be made at the last minute. I'm not concerned whether we are in league 1 or the championship. I am very concerned about sitting bored every week watching Neil Collins instruct his defenders to play hide the ball for 90 minutes.
Nope. Just pointing out that whether we achieve promotion or not, we sell, and are constantly going back to square one. Whether or not folk renew seems to me to depend on whether they are happy with this scenario.
Not just Barnsley though, I bet most clubs are currently selling S/Ts whether or not they’re involved in auto-promotion, play-offs and relegation
When have we ever done that in an article on the club site? We didn't last year (I can't remember the rest!). Of course, it might still be extended.
Or8, I just think would be fairer ending early bird offer later when we now where we are, irrespective of what transfer business will be done
