    That's a statement of intent if ever we've seen one. Very interesting times ahead starting
    with the Wigan judgement and then followed by deliberations on what is going to happen
    at Pride Park and Hillsborough. Hopefully the mantra " cheats never prosper" will prevail.

    Yes, very well said whoever put that together. Could you clarify the statement about non-payment of a transfer fee to us in Aug 19? Does this refer to the Kieffer Moore deal and does it mean that Wigan have paid none of it yet? Surely not!

    Don't know anything for certain, but I thought there were rumours that Hull withheld money for MacDonald?

    That's what I think - Payment for Kieffer wouldn't be due immediately. I think the statement refers to Hull re MacDonald.

    I bet Wigan still owe us as well. It’s a scandal that clubs can get away with deferring payments for players for so long, especially when the sale of that player weakened us considerably
