    I've got to say I can't get my ******* breath here regards the way football clubs carry on.
    How can you feel sorry for clubs overspending.
    It's just fecking unbeleivable jeff.
    Someone as to get hold of this crazy fecking mentality of what's going on.

    That’s quite a statement.

    First, in recognising internal errors, and then in the intent for the future; which can only refer to the current situation with three clubs and then the continued unfairness and anti competitiveness by which the EFL is governed.

    I look forward to seeing it backed up.

    Fantastic statement. How can the EFL possibly let Wigan off the hook and subsequently punish one of the very few clubs that actually plays by the rules and lives within it’s means.
    Surely it can’t happen....can it??

    It's a brilliant statement all through. Starting with a mention of errors made internally as well as on the pitch, I'd like to think that it's more than lip service and a recognition of a steep learning curve and an acknowledgment that they recognise small changes can make a significant difference.

    There ought to be 40 or 50 other clubs backing the core of that statement, for the long term good of the game. Whilst I can genuinely have sympathy with the Wigan fans, it needs someone to stir things up if there is to be any change to they way our game is run and governed. If we are the catalyst, then I'm proud of us for taking the first step and will back them all the way.

    What an absolutely brilliant statement. I fully support the actions of the club and I think this sends out a massive statement to the EFL. We will not go down without fighting if needs be, and bring it on if you feel confident. Up the Reds!

    It's the support from other clubs fans that fills me with pride. The EFL now know there's a **** storm coming if they end up relegating Barnsley.

    Fowls fans moaning about us and calling us hypocrites just because we were in administration 18 yrs ago thing is we’ve learned our lesson and now we live within our means but carry on by all means dee dars spending money you haven’t got the **** will soon be hitting the fan and personally i can’t wait.

    ive been critical of the board ( rightly so I think)

    but this statement goes a long way to putting some faith into them. I very much like the way they have accepted shortcomings

    hopefully we can now kick on

    It has sealed my decision to buy 3 season tickets next year
