Good interview, the club sound angry at the EFL at their dithering. If matches resume I think that fight and anger will be needed to achieve the 6 wins required.

The players & staff have families - playing football now (or shortly) is ridiculous

Integrity is all encompassing therefore if the season is to be re- commenced the EFL must act a decide Now on the punishments for teams guilty of FFP cheating for this season.

Breaking news. EFL issue slapped hands and naughty naughty notices to fowls Rooney county Brum etc. and relegate us Luton and Charlton along with the obligatory 3 game ban for McGeechan

To be fair the way they are going to do it is much safer for players and families than your average joe going to work on a building site or even going to the supermarket. I know there's more important things in life than football and it's all down to money why they are so eager to finish it but it will be one of the safest environments the player could work in.

But if no one has the virus and they have all been tested how can anyone contract it. Like i said I doubt the 2metre rule will be followed when schools go back or been followed on sites in Van's travelling to work and people arent in supermarkets. Right or wrong it will be alot safer than most jobs your working class man is doing.

    In response to redrum

Funny how footballers can be tested every time they turn up to train/play. But I have to go to work. Key worker type 2 diabetes. 63 yrs of age. Amber risk. But my colleagues can’t get tested unless showing symptoms. even though the 2mtr rule is nigh on impossible to control to the endth degree. Leaving such as myself at risk.

Not criticising you mate. You make a good point. I was being sarcastic but with feeling.

Football is still entertainment first in my eyes. No different to theatre/cinema. Tis why I chose to watch it. But in reality a totally unnecessary business and not essential at the mo. It’s pathetic that football takes precedence over any other entertainment/business venture.

What an absolute joke. No rugby. No cricket. No tennis. No motor racing. The latter three far easier to monitor and control. Football authorities should be ashamed of themselves for pushing a return with such vigour. Money is god.

The Barnsley board. ( like em or not) Did not put the club on the line so to speak and I feel we will not suffer like most others, But the EFL will pander to so called bigger clubs and the voting process on ppg is the biggest joke going. They KNOW it won’t fail cos only those in the relegation places actually lose out substantially. All power to the board in suing em.

ps Struber says “ I don’t understand why” in his interview. Bit surprising. as in as most of us do.
