    Well done. Just having a look for when the final is but the other semi-final's not down to be until 12th May - Sunderland Ladies U23 v Sunderland West End.

    Sunderland U23s look pretty darned good - although they are in the division below they are top, having played 15, won 15, scoring 90 goals and conceding just 8!

    Fantastic result and well done to the Ladies. Been a great week in the league too, with Wallsend losing twice who looked like a real threat in the promotion picture.

    With 4 games left, it's in their own hands albeit with 2 of the 4 games against promotion rivals. The only home game left is scheduled for Weds 15th May (last game of the season) - I wonder if they'll get that in the stadium? Would be great to get a crowd in to support them.
