Serial complainers or people who help improve things for all? (I guess they're not mutually exclusive actually). No-one is upset, I should think, by the flexi ticket, TVs being switched on or by bottle tops staying on drinks. At worst people are apathetic about these things but some people will be delighted (those with work commitments, low income, kids who kick pop over, people with unsteady hands/poor motor skills, the club as customers are happier. Not sure who will care too much about TVs but as we have them we may as well use them properly).

I didn't get one either year. I got my first card as a present and my dad said he was never given a wallet and as I just renewed online so I didn't get one this year either. Do the box office stock them?

They're always out of stock so I reckon a) they were out of stock when your Dad bought your ticket or b) he kept it and uses it as a real wallet!

I'll be in the stand that you're not. I couldn't risk trying to squash myself into the next seat to you

fantastic they have done this i would think it would be popular if it is they should do it for next season from the start and do a 5 match 10 match and 15 match flexi card

    5 match £23 per game
    10 match £20 per game
    15 match £17 per game

Let me know your first game and I'll draw you a map of the ground (Oakwell) and give you some info on the players.

I was actually expecting additional comments that someone wouldn't be happy. To see all these responses being positive it seems to have done the trick. Let's hope plenty are taken up now

Let's hope they'll give us some feedback on the sales and we'll give them more ideas to increase the crowds..

What would you do with said wallet? Put it in a slightly larger wallet, which goes inside a slightly larger clutch purse, which goes inside a slightly larger ladies tan satchel?

Yep, I suggested it to Patrick myself, as did many others. Good that feedback is being taken on board.

"The early bird may get the worm, but it's the second mouse that gets the cheese."

At about £14 per game, I think you'll find the season ticket holders have the worm and the entire creamery.

Which is why they're all quite happy to leave the happy £23 per gamers to congratulate themselves.

Still doesn't seem right to me.

And they get more than a fair return by doing so.

Me myself I value my own seat, my own view - I'd pay to keep it. I bet most season ticket holders would too.

But there has to be a direct debit way of sorting this out so that those living week to week don't get shafted.
