    My initial thoughts.

the refund bit was tucked away at the bottom, they really don’t want you to take one

what use is a 4 game ticket when you are desperate for the season ticket holder to renew

I'll have my money back thanks, because you short-changed all loyal supporters last summer.

Who wrote that? Dominic Cummings? Guilt tripping people into not taking a refund. Morally it's the right thing to do? How about legally?

Why offer a four game ticket to season ticket holders? Makes absolute zero sense.

May as well just offer entry to Barnard castle in exchange for a season ticket.

Season pass holders can have a four game flexi when they don't need it. You can donate to the NHS or ask for a refund which we are entitled to and they legally have to despite the wording. If 400k is such a big sum why they just bought a 4th club? That money should be small fry between all our board.

If they're so cash strapped why are they negotiating to extend the contract of our backup keeper?

I am unashamed to say I have absolutely no clue what the f**k they are on about here.

Why would I want a four game flexiticket with a season ticket?

Can we use them on cup games?

I assume it means that you can take someone with you to four different games. If not, I don't know what it can mean!

I’ll have my four game flexi ticket and pass that to a friend I know who works for the NHS. I don’t trust the owners that the ticket will go to key workers if I give it up so rather do it myself.

Why would anyone want to get a 'seasonal pass' to 'reserve their seat' for the 20/21 season when they're still talking of playing them all behind closed doors??

Think they may be better thinking of how to provide 'passes' for full televised coverage, or doing a good deal with TV providers, maybe?

1 there is an offer of a four game ticket which people may take the offer on. But not going to renew.
2 . Pro rata refunds should be a given. Just request if that's what you want. Will be difficult for them not to honour.
3 Give your 4 games up to the NHS. Sounds a good idea if they were guaranteed to be needed or used With 6,000 already allocated. If that's what you want to do.
4 Renew and give your 4 games up to family or friends. ( You will get both)
The difficulty in renewing is whether the suggestions re only being able to use 25% capacity.
For 20/21. 21/22 thought will have to go into that one. Once spectators are allowed.
I assume a flat rate may be all parts of ground 1 price.
Best endeavors at the mo with things being uncertain.
The giving away of 4 matches whether family. Friends or NHS is your choice club don't gain out of it.
To be honest if people want to renew or don't at this stage is down to the individual. No one's holding a gun to their heads.

Bye. Bye You’re entitled to your opinion. We all understood at the time that they wanted the club to be self sufficient. A protection PC also inserted to avoid the club going into extinction. ( eg Bury)
That they would reinvest all income into the club at present.
That they would adhere to FFP.
To my knowledge they have not taken money out of the club at this stage.
If you wanted Chansiri types which lots on here expected. ( looks what’s happening there) then you were misguided to say it politely.
My views on billionaires are quite well known. And their contributions to society.
Football or any sport for the masses should stand on its own Two feet.
Most clubs are run by business men not for the love of the clubs but money in the long run.
Patrick Cryne was a supporter but also wanted to run the club and balance the books.

There's a big hole in club finances. They've come up with an offer to try and stop that hole getting even bigger. I think they've done a reasonable job of that with what they are offering. It doesn't seem to be that difficult to understand either.
You can have your money back if you must. Or you can try and support the club in what's going to be a difficult time.

I'll be getting the four game flexi. I was adamant that I was getting the refund but actually, it would be really nice for my dad to come to four games with me.
