Incredibly difficult to judge McBurnie on tonight's showing as although MUFC have fielded largely a second XI, that XI has seen McBurnie up against Smalling and Lindelof who are both experienced international central defenders. His record at youth level and the JPT speaks for itself and I think he would do a job for a football league club post January.
I'd be surprised to see McBurnie at the WELL now. Knocking on the door of Swanseas first team - so that ship has unfortunately sailed.
