Actually she had been using Facebook continually from well before the traffic stop but it was only after the shooting that she went live. My post wasn't to suggest anything about the shooting, it was just to point out the reliance and addiction to social media that a lot of people have these days
I think it's more the point that she 'live-streamed' it because it is then on other devices and can be shared. If she had taken the video on Her phone, rather than streaming her phone could have been confiscated and her evidence lost. It's a sad indictment of the situation over there and not because of her reliance on social media due to 'addiction', it was the only way she could be sure that the evidence she was recording would not be lost.
