    I think yer confusing time Maurice spent at the club in an official capacity - with the time Patrick and Maurice knew each other.
    Some of that time I believe Maurice was a director of Manchester United.

    With what I can gather Maurice has links to many people throughout football and he used those links to enquire about the qualities of individual managers.
    If you talk to fans from other surrounding clubs - in comparison we have done really well with the managers we have had in the last 12 years or so.
