He means if Little Joey gets sent down for three years and gets to spend his days with big tattooed men and bars of soap (presumably involving misdemeanours with said soap), that occurrence would make a perfect day for @Dolantyke (Dolan Tyke please feel free to correct me if you meant yourself with the men with tattoos). I understand why people get confused generally on this board however, namely with the chronic misuse of the comma, which Dolan Tyke refreshingly steers clear of. Ah, you can tell it's pre-season..
