Had a look online and seems they are slow at getting the tickets to us, as we currently have no away game tickets our fans can purchase. Anyway I did see this..... https://www.theposh.com/news/2018/september/improving-the-match-day-experience/ Seems we aren't the only club looking to improve things for fans. Until we can get a phone app to order/pay in advance to pick up at a designated pre order queue (so you can pick the time you want something for such as for example ordering and paying pre game to pick up a burger and coffee for 335 on a matchday) I think their beer token idea is OK.
