Interesting that the charges relate to "how and when" it was sold, rather than just "when" (two weeks after the financial year end). If they've overvalued the ground, does that open a can of worms from an accounting perspective?

I saw some suggestion a while back that land registry documents didn’t reflect a change of ownership. I didn’t see them first hand so can’t be sure, but yes, that sounds a pretty strongly worded statement, especially as they outline ongoing investigations into the following year end submission too.
They extended their year end by 2 months to give them time to fix the mess, and even then, they only papered over it.
