    Thought it was probably a fair result between two similar teams who play in a similar way who both lack that bit of extra quality in the final third.

    Ben Pearson and Daniel Johnson were big misses for us tbh.

    Yeah I did notice and I wasn't really particularly bothered about it to be honest. As it stands, Blackpool are a distant memory and will probably be in the lower leagues for some time.

    Simon Grayson did a good job for us but was hitting his ceiling with us. A fresh start was right for all parties. The football is more attractive under Alex Neil and he seems more up for it and intense than the dreary but steady Grayson.

    Ben Pearson must have come on leaps and bounds, as I thought he was absolutely dire for us. Slowed the game down making counter attacks far less effective, and passed mostly sideways and backwards. I was beyond astounded when PNE wanted him, yet deemed Josh Brownhill surplus to requirements. Really didn't get that one.
