It certainly isn't. There's a few on here who don't attend games which are priced over £30. I pick and choose my BFC games simply on price too.
Sheffield Wed lowest price season ticket is £455 the highest in Yorkshire as per look north tonights news, they also sell the highest priced pies and the dearest shirts but I just can not remember the price.
Sooner or later the bubble will burst - if you dont get the youngsters coming where are the next generation of fans going to come from supporting a team is a habit - no point getting kids hooked for them to all drift away when they first start work and cant afford the massive hike in prices. At the risk of going all 4 yorkshiremen - when I was a lad the price in relative terms was many times less than today. When I went to Uni in the early '80's entry to a Premiership First Division match at Liverpool was the same as a couple of beers, and to watch us in the old Paddock in the second division was just around £1.50 if I remember correctly some good old ticket prices here https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...eb/17/football-ticket-prices-old-ticket-stubs
