Question re =recruitment

    We know Hecky is not involved in one to one negotiations with potential players and their agents - he's told us that.
    Are some on here in the belief that Ganaye is also not involved?
    Which begs the question - what does Ganaye actually do at the club then???
    Because- I've heard interviews with Ganaye talking about his efforts to get players in.
    I've a prediction - if Hecky does leave - it will be because he cannot work with Ganaye re: recruitment.

    If Ganaye isn't involved in recruitment we can only assume his task at the club is to count how many shirts are left in the club shop.

    Who is saying that he isn't involved as I must be missing something?

    I'm amazed that you were championing yourself to advise the new board as some sort of fan expert, yet you don't even understand the role of a CEO.
