    If we beat brentford and bolton dont win. We have a smashing chance of beaten the drop after a terrible 30 games. Int football weird.

    Yeah but the major flaw in this possible outcome is the bit about us beating Brentford.

    We aren't going to beat Brentford. They have good players who are going for the top 6. We have poor players who go down without a whimper against teams with nothing to play for. It's not happening.

    out of all the teams we could be facing I think Brentford are one of the worst! Tenacious fighting underdog spirit a bit like we were jan 17

    Brentford are a good side.. We are not and have a manager that has lost the support of the players in my opinion. The loyal supporters of BFC are its only asset at the moment.

    It'd be great to beat Brentford (though it would prolong the agony) - but Brentford have won more games away from home this season than we've won all season anywhere.......

    We did enough to beat Bristol City before blowing it in stoppage time, and we did of course beat Sheff Ure. And they were both going for the play offs at the time and most of us expected to lose them both anyway.
    So who knows, maybe this game against Brentford isn't lost already like we all seem to think it is. It really is our last chance now though, and its time for the players to step forward and show that they are interested and that it does mean something to them.
