    We've already got Kent, Armstrong, Janko and now Jones on loans.

    If we get too many, we're in the same position we've had before of not even being able to pick them all in a squad as we have too many.

    If Roberts is going (can't blame the lad at all), we really need a couple of the signings this window to be permanent. And if he does go we have to offer McDonald a good new contract. He's done a great job so far and we cant allow people so new to the club to be leaving so early.

    The Hill layering philosophy is ever so important here if we're going to get this approach right.

    I was reading somewhere on the tinternet that Burnley have not been in contact with Barnsley over Roberts only yesterday, maybe it was on Tykes mad from a news report.

    I appreciate how many of these types of stories are posted on here. I didn't expect any other type of reaction.

    I started the thread to talk about the reasons players may leave in this window. Not really bothered about being privy to information before everyone else.
