    Hope no one minds, but could I cheekily use the forum to see if anyone can spare a bit of change to support my cycle ride from London to Paris (The RBL Pedal to Paris) from 31st August to 3rd September? Going via Dunkirk this year. All monies raised go to the Poppy Appeal. Always nervous asking with this sort of thing, as it's seemingly endless with all the other events people do, so to say I'd be grateful for any support is an understatement.

    Hope it's cooler than the ride to Filey I did this last weekend.
