Thought it was 75% when available. He's played way more than 75% of time so dropping him surely would be ok
Must admit Thats the first time I`ve seen Armstrong put a shift in on the closing down front , was good to see.
Agree with that. Armstrong was excellent today. His pace frightens defenders shitless. I really hope we can keep him after January. Top striker if he gets the service.
He has some great games and a great many more mediocre games. This was one of the latter and he should have been taken off at half time or definitely after 60 mins. He never really got in the game today. Along with SSW our worst player today
Its all opinions but I really don't see how sam winnall was the worst player today he was poor as was james bree but I think ryan Kent takes the prize for worst player today by some stretch too
Winnall has been doggo in many a game and I have been in a minority in saying so. Yet he wasn't at all bad (for him) today. He linked up play better than he usually does, even if he did come stupidly short from time to time, though you can't knock him for wanting the ball. He did a couple of superb through ball knock ons. He put himself about. He didn't obviously display the lack of pace that makes you despair. We all know his virtue is in finishing -with his foot (he missed a golden headed chance). He didn't really get one Winnall chance today.
Another poor performance and seen very little of him all season. If he's got to start if fit so not based on form or ability we should sub him after a minute or look to end his loan early in January as they have to be better options out there. He's zero chance of ever breaking into the Liverpool team as a first team regular.
Exactly the same as 2 weeks ago at Burton Hammill should start on friday and for me Kent would be lucky to be on the bench. Awful performance, never beat a man in the last 140 minutes or so.
He frustrates the hell out of me ! Stealing Hammil's place and starts every game ! Why is he so seemingly undroppable? Based on his performance yesterday it's time for him to step down.
Even then I can't imagine his youth wage would break our bank. This rumour has been around for months, someone at the club should be asked it by the media as I find it hard to believe we'd hinder ourself by being forced to play someone based on something other than ability.
If Kent was the finished product then he wouldn't be with us. He's here to get experience and improve his game. This isn't me defending his shortcomings, it's just how it is unfortunately. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
