    It helps in the Ponte End because you can't hear the speakers , they're awful.

    Needs or wants?

    Needs? We don't. But then we don't NEED a roof on the stands, backs on the seats, refreshment stands or a man dressed as a dog entertaining the crowd.

    Want? Because then we could see how long is left to play, watch replays of highlights, see at a glance the scores at other games and bring in significant funds for the club. I have absolutely zero interest in stating down at my phone when it's the 21st century and we should have a functional scoreboard that you can glance at.

    A study in America has found that there is a direct link between an actively used video screen and attendances specifically the attendance of youth at games.

    The scoreboard had a power issue that occurred at 1:30pm and despite best efforts to revive it, we couldn't. It will be fixed. And then you can get back to saying how ***** it is.

    One of the best afternoon's football in recent memory today, thoroughly enjoyed it. I never noticed the scoreboard wasn't working, I just assumed the sun was too bright for it.

    Again. The scoreboard is embarrassingly small. But for crying out loud. If you want to tell the time wear a damn watch!
    I can't tell you how miserable a time it was watching the Glavin era team when you had no electronic means of knowing when full time was due. Ruined the whole experience for me.

    The 4G in the Ponty is pretty poor especially at halftime when everyone is checking. I use the timer on the scoreboard, saves me using a stop watch when the match kicks off.

    We live today. Not 50 years ago. Dunt want investment, no point in a scoreboard, should be all local lads laking. Let's re-open all pits and all go and work down em.

    I doubt it as because the game kicked off late at 4:45 there was still normal time to be played. No idea how much because I didn't realise we had kicked off page until someone mentioned it during the game. With a working scoreboard we would have known, without one it has just been demonstrated that even you had no idea how long was left at that time
