    Just seen he’s on loan at Birmingham

    wtf

    he must be on 25k a week perhaps more

    how can it be that they’re allowed to continue operating like this!

    No idea but chances are they’re not paying his full wages. If they’re covering 20% that’s only £5k a week so Brentford benefit to the tune of £100k before the end of the season and he might score against some of their promotion rivals.

    Brentford have nothing to do with it. Scott Hogan is an Aston Villa player and has been since 2017.

    I remember us taking him on trial during the Summer of 2012, when he played for Stocksbridge Park Steels. There were a number of posters on the BBS saying we shouldn't allow players from that level come anywhere near our club for a trial.
