    Not a chance.

    Josh was relegated to full back as Brownhill was far better.

    Scowen was a good grafter and that hid lots of his faults. Cost us games last season getting caught with the ball in midfield

    I'm sure the facts are that when Scowen was fit agai he couldn't get back in the team for brownhill and only started covering at full back later

    I liked Scowen, played well especially towards the back end last season. I'm more excited about our new signings though.

    You said he had to drop down to a lesser team. The team Brownhill plays for finished above the team Scowen is going to. Or do you mean he dropped down when he left Preston? Or refused to sign for us?

    Far more likely. That he went because. He though he'd got a better chance of playing regularly. Unfortunately, he wasn't even good enough to get regular. Football for them

    I liked Scowen, worked really hard all over the pitch and great at enabling an attacking midfielder like Conor to thrive. Has to be said that his passing was poor at times and every now and then he was capable of dropping a bollock that would cost a goal. Would have definitely been a good player to have in the squad, especially as he could cover in lots of areas when needed.

    I remember when my Grandma was in an old people's home and used to think I was her cousin. I'd still have less frustrating and more sensible conversations with her.
