I actually missed last night's game because I was watching a 6th level German game, where one of the players was booked for diving. I think the yellow card and the howls of laughter from the stand prevented him from doing it again, he looked pretty embarrassed to say the least. Cheating is rife in football, all the way down the pyramid and needs to be stamped out asap.
It's part of what happens. I can't remember too many other people mentioning it. People were happy that we had won and Peterbourgh been down to 10 men surely helped with that.

Regarding the incident last night. Why when your team are 3-1 up and look like seeing the game out would you resort to cheating? Had it been a final involving a English side the media would have been all over the incident.
You won't get an answer from him. His opinion is always a quote from somebody else so until he finds a quote from somebody he likes that supports his view your question will go unanswered.
Never been a fan of Rio Ferdinand as a person(cracking defender though), but he has summed up my feelings on this: "I'd be embarrassed to look my son in the eyes if I did that..."
No you haven't. Do you condone or condemn cheats in football? I don't give a flying fuc.k if it's part of the game, if CR7 cheats, if R2bloodyD2 fakes injury or if Antonio Conte said that he likes diving on his nonexistent holidays. The question is simple. Do YOU condone cheating or do you condemn it?
If you can gain an advantage for your team then take it. Good podcast by Flintoff, Savage and the ping pong guy on this supertyke. Even Syed cheated
