There's a big difference between being a customer and being an employee though. I mean most of the Oakwell crowd wanted to shout ***** every time Kennedy got the ball. It wouldn't be appropriate to announce it over the tannoy though would it.

I can't think of any walk of life where it would be acceptable to call your customers idiots. If the club wants their money which it clearly does then as a business it has to treat them with courtesy anything else is just an embarrassment. We all are, to be extent or another, different at work than we are at home. On this occasion that difference wasn't in evidence.

You did a hard job well with poor infrastructure and little support. Thanks again.

Didn't David Clayton used to post on in which case he already had an account, so he's either forgotten his password or we've all been trolled.

Successful companies give their customers what they want. Granted, BFC customers might feel short changed with regard to their main requirement, performance on the pitch, but they do tend to appreciate plain speaking. He wasn't calling all the club's customers idiots, only the tiny minority who were preventing the vast majority from getting what they wanted. I don't agree that the majority wanted to publicly abuse TK by the way.

The approach is in total contrast to the complaints department of Carphone Warehouse who whilst not calling me an idiot definitely tried to treat me like one. I know which approach I prefer.

We'll have to agree to differ.

I always thought Jason started the "East Stand, West Stand thing...."

Whats up with the dog an all? Old Toby Tyke were better, lived on the edge a little.

I think 'idiots' was a little out of order, muppets would have much more appropriate. Well they are.

Club did nothing to stop people getting on the pitch - they had one steward in the ponty who looked about three stone

Aye, agree with that, the clubs attempts to prevent it are pathetic at best. As a reasonable person though I don't need a 3 deep line of stewards at the front of the stand to know not to go on the pitch.

    ^^^This^^^

The club ask me not to go the pitch so I don't. I don't need people to physically restrain me from doing so.
