Our skipper Marc Roberts was presented with the Barnsley Player of the Year award at a ceremony last night. The award was jointly presented by Star journalist Neil Goulding and Paul Heckingbottom. Marc won in competition from Adam Davies and Marley Watkins. The award was given on the grounds of how much he had improved as a player this season as well as from when he first joined the Club and cites that "he is a Premiership player in the making." Well done big fella.... richly deserved.
