    Just been told by a Sheffield United fan who lives on my street and claims to know him, that we're trying to bring him back to Oakwell.

    Would have thought he'd be well out of our price range, but thought i'd report it just in case

    Can't say I know much about him.

    20 years old, 6'4". Looks a decent prospect. I can't imagine wages being an issue.

    nor me at his age, i think the transfer fee, and the fact we'd have to pay one would be the stumbling block

    McQuire just isnt mobile enough.........he's just a big lumbering fat kid.

    He's the right age............but hell fire Flicka has got his work cut out to bring that guy up to speed.
    When I've seen the Blunts on the tele there aint one of their players good enough to get into the TARN side.

    AND......have we ever got a decent player from the Blunts ?........Fyortoft (spelling?)....but thats about it

    He's looked overrated when I've seen him. But Newcastle and Arsenal amongst others were scouting him all last season so it'd be a major surprise if we were interested, because despite my opinion and the Blunts financial troubles, I doubt we've got close to a million which is the minimum I'd expect them to want, considering their success rate at producing quality youths.

    See Jacob Mellis, Phil Jagielka, the two Kyle's and Billy Sharp for examples.

    The few times ive seen him, he's looked very clumsy. Every blunt who talks about him on radio dee dah usually says something like, 'i like young Harry, but.....' which says to me, they're trying to hype him because he's a young Sheffield lad. They'll probably get a fair price for him and he'll probably slip off into the wilderness like Lowton and Slew.

    Coming back here on loan would be the best thing he can do as I can't see him getting much chance in their first team, if he doesn't get some proper football next season I can't see his career going anywhere.
