This squad is filled with young players who should be hungry and fighting for their place in the team. From what I saw yesterday most of the squad do not care and are only with us as they saw the pay rise from lower league contracts. We have loan players who are either not good enough or just do not care if we go down and why would they. Williams will go back to Everton and quite quickly forget about this season when we have to sit there next year on a cold Tuesday night while we play Walsall. This is what happens when you try to stick to a "plan" when is clearly hasn't been working for the past year. We now have a manager/ head coach who has no experience in this league or in any manager roll at all. He has a formation and he will stick to it no matter what happens during the game. Yesterday he didn't know what he was doing, he panicked and just threw Bradshaw on without a plan. You could see that the players did not know what was happening, Mcburnie just stood there with his hand on his hips shaking his head. No matter how much he swaps and changes the team we are just not good enough. A big turnaround is needed and with the players we have I just cant see where the next points are coming from. Unfortunately it looks like our time is up in this this league and this is what happens when we have been trying to run the playing side of the football club on a she string. You are not able to do it. Massive change in the summer is needed because tbh at the moment this squad is not even good enough for a playoff place in league one.
