According to radio sheffield we were expecting two in this week. One of those expected yesterday. However, since been lead to believe in another post that wasn't quite accurate. Fingers crossed though. Thought Lutons manager suggested no offers received for McGheehan?
Sometimes i think radio Sheffield are not as much in the know as we think. Saying that would have expected more players in by now especially with pre season starting next week and am sure hecky feels the same.
There was an interview with Ian Holloway on sky this week, they asked him about signings and he said it was very difficult to get them over the line at this time as players are on holiday and so on, it gets busier next week onwards. I'm not worried, as have full faith Hecky etc will have things lined up and under control. What I would be interested to know if that Hecky said a few signings were lined up and he was waiting for "green light". Can't remember if that was before or after Mallan. But would indicate at least 2 more were done & waiting to be announced. Can't see one of those being williams as he is U23. McGeehan and Lyndsey are very recent according to the press. So have 2 deals fallen through are we still just waiting for them to be announced. Just curious as what will be will be.

Well that's not right... its common knowledge the clubs have agreed a deal...so the only thing stopping a deal now is personal terms..
To be fair every manager says they want there business done early and it never works out that way.Most loan signings Will happen later on a reckon because I'm sure Kent played 2 pre season games for Liverpool before we signed him
2 good championship strikers would bankrupt us wigan paid 1million for bogle who had half a good season in league 2. Bradshaw is decent just needs a good partner to partner him and a good start to the season. After connor and bree went he had poor service and as a team we didn't score enough goals.
I still think he is decent watkins missed plenty. Sam winnall missed plenty not to mention a header from 6 yard against Brum that my 5 year old son could of scored. Do you think we should replace bradshaw then?
