    Someone has suggested that Stendel was removed from post due to ‘fighting with Woodrow’.

    I can’t imagine there’s any truth in that?

    Tbh I heard that weeks ago and dismissed it as rumour mongering but until we hear officially what happened (if we ever do ) it’s open to all sorts of speculation imo.

    Cavare supposedly fought with Woodrow too so I've dismissed this as a rumour. I know Woodrow was in a bad mood after the Preston game.

    If that was the case i'd expect Woodrow to be dismissed too.

    Otherwise id guess that Stendel would have a case for unfair dismissal, cant sack on without the other.

    I'd heard that too and PMd Goldthorpe Red about it given he's so often in the know. Apparently there is no truth to that, no punches were thrown by anyone post match. He did say though that Mowatt and Woodrow has a row with PC afterwards. GoldthorpeRed - want to add anything?
